Reports
Reports are predefined and data driven. To utilize reports, simply select the report type you are interested in within the Explorer Bar.
The available report types are as follows:
- Backflow Device Reports
- Backflow Device Testers
- Cross-Connection Specialists
- Non-Potable Sites
- Cross-Connection Tests
- Inspections
- Site List
- Summary
- Water Service Inspections
Selecting any one of these reports in the explorer bar will generate the report. The report can then be save to file, emailed, or printed by using the corresponding tool on the toolbar located above the report.
Backflow Device Annual Summary Report
The Backflow Device Annual Summary Report lists the statistics for each backflow device type. This report includes a Report Year tool located in the toolbar above the report.
The Report Year tool list the last ten years to choose from. Changing the report year will regenerate the report based on the year selected.
Backflow Device Outstanding Tests Report
The Backflow Device Outstanding Tests Report lists all of the tests that are currently pending. These backflow device tests are either past due or the customer has recently been sent a notice to test.
Listed are the account numbers, notice types, device types, serial numbers, last test dates, and due dates for each outstanding backflow device test.
Stolen Backflow Device List
The Stolen Backflow Device List lists all backflow devices that have been marked as stolen. Listed are the device types, serial numbers, manufacturers, models, sizes, and the dates removed (stolen) from the water service.
Public Backflow Device Testers List
The Public Backflow Device Testers List is a list of certified backflow device testers that gets enclosed with the notice to test notices that are sent to water service customers as part of the annual backflow device testing.
This list is based on a template that is user defined. Backflow device testers that have expired certification that fall outside of the user definable grace period, have had their certification suspended, or are not marked as "Include In Public Testers List" in the Backflow Device Testers database do not get included in the Public Backflow Device Testers List.
Internal Backflow Device Testers List
The Internal Backflow Device Testers List is a complete list of all certified backflow device testers within the Backflow Device Testers database. It is intended for internal use only, not to be included with the annual notice to test notices that are sent to the water service customers.
Backflow Device Testers Request for Information
The Backflow Device Testers Request for Information Letter is a user definable template based letter that can be sent to all certified backflow device testers for updating the backflow device testers database.
This letter can include a request for information on current certification number, expiration date, gauge number, etc.
Selecting Backflow Device Testers Request for Information will generate a letter for every certified backflow device tester in the database. They can then be printed or saved to file by using the appropriate tool within the toolbar located above the letter(s) generated.
Blank Test Report
Selecting this option will generate a blank backflow device test report that is based on the user definable template. The blank test report can then be saved, emailed, or printed.
Cross-Connection Specialists Request for Information
The Cross-Connection Specialists Request for Information Letter is a user definable template based letter that can be sent to all cross-connection specialists for updating the cross-connection specialists database.
Selecting Cross-Connection Specialists Request for Information will generate a letter for every cross-connection specialist in the database. They can then be printed or saved to file by using the appropriate tool within the toolbar located above the letter(s) generated.
Cross-Connection Tests Completed
The Cross-Connection Tests Completed Report lists all of the cross-connection tests that have been completed during the selected date range. The default date range begins with the first day in January for the current year and ends with the current date.
You can select any date range you wish, as long as the From Date value is before the To Date value. Once the date range has been changed, the Recalculate tool in the toolbar above the report is activated. Clicking on the Recalculate tool generates the report for the selected date range.
Listed in the report are the test dates, site numbers, site names, site locations, and site cities for each completed cross-connection test within the selected date range.
Cross-Connection Tests Outstanding
The Cross-Connection Tests Outstanding Report lists all of the cross-connection tests that are currently pending. These cross-connection tests are either past due or the customer is in the process of correcting violations.
Listed are the test dates, site numbers, site names, site locations, and site cities for each outstanding cross-connection test.
Cross-Connection Tests Upcoming
The Cross-Connection Tests Upcoming Report lists all of the cross-connection tests that have yet to be performed within the current year.
Listed are the test months, site numbers, site names, site locations, and site cities for each upcoming cross-connection test.
Non-Potable Site Inspections Completed
The Non-Potable Site Inspections Completed Report lists all of the non-potable site inspections that have been completed during the selected date range. The default date range begins with the first day in January for the current year and ends with the current date.
You can select any date range you wish, as long as the From Date value is before the To Date value. Once the date range has been changed, the Recalculate tool in the toolbar above the report is activated. Clicking on the Recalculate tool generates the report for the selected date range.
Listed in the report are the inspection dates, site numbers, site names, site locations, and site cities for each completed non-potable site inspection within the selected date range.
Non-Potable Site Inspections Outstanding
The Non-Potable Site Inspections Outstanding Report lists all of the non-potable site inspections that are currently pending. These non-potable site inspections are either past due or the customer is in the process of correcting violations.
Listed are the inspection dates/status, site numbers, site names, site locations, and site cities for each outstanding non-potable site inspection.

The Non-Potable Site Inspections Upcoming Report lists all of the non-potable site inspections that have yet to be performed within the current year.
Listed are the inspection months, site numbers, site names, site locations, and site cities for each upcoming non-potable site inspection.
Non-Potable Site List by Account Number
The Non-Potable Site List by Account Number Report lists all of the non-potable sites in the database, sorted by account number.
Non-Potable Site List by Site Name
The Non-Potable Site List by Account Number Report lists all of the non-potable sites in the database, sorted by non-potable site name.
Non-Potable Site List by Site Number
The Non-Potable Site List by Account Number Report lists all of the non-potable sites in the database, sorted by non-potable site number.

The Water Service Inspection Inspections Completed Report lists all of the potable water service inspections that have been completed during the selected date range. The default date range begins with the first day in January for the current year and ends with the current date.
You can select any date range you wish, as long as the From Date value is before the To Date value. Once the date range has been changed, the Recalculate tool in the toolbar above the report is activated. Clicking on the Recalculate tool generates the report for the selected date range.
Listed in the report are the inspection dates, account numbers, customer names, and service addresses for each completed potable water service inspection within the selected date range.
Water Service Inspections Outstanding
The Water Service Inspections Outstanding Report lists all of the potable water service inspections that are currently pending. These potable water service inspections are either past due or the customer is in the process of correcting violations.
Listed in the report are the inspection dates, account numbers, customer names, and service addresses for each outstanding potable water service inspection.
Water Service Inspections Upcoming
The Water Service Inspections Upcoming Report lists all of the potable water service inspections that have yet to be performed. These water services, or accounts, are marked in the database as being in the water service inspection queue.
Listed in the report are the account numbers, customer name, and service address for each upcoming potable water service inspection.
Major Violations Pending
The Major Violations Pending Report lists all of the pending major violations.
Major Violations Closed
The Major Violations Closed Report lists all of the closed major violations.
