If there was a smartphone app that allowed certified backflow testers to capture backflow device tests in the field and send in the results via text message to be imported to BackTrack, would you be interested in utilizing it? If so, what are your thoughts on tester accountability? If tests are submitted electronically, there will be no signatures involved. Does this matter?
